Tender / Schedule of Requirements
Writing tender documents or a schedule of
requirements is a task that is tailored to suit your
company’s requirements.
This means:
- First of all, an inventory is made of the existing
installation.
- Then we look to see if the required heat and the
required CO2 are consistent with the choice for a CHP
system.
- Your own electricity consumption and the new CHP unit
are calculated so that the electrical installation will
be suitable for supplying electricity back to the
grid.
- All the measurements are then made that will be
needed for a complete new installation.
- The tender or schedule of requirements is then
discussed with you in detail.
- Once this has been approved, it will be submitted to
four or five CHP suppliers who are active on the
market.
- The offers are then compared against one another and
checked to see if they comply with our stringent
tendering requirements.
- Negotiations with the CHP suppliers then follow.
- This will result in one CHP supplier with the most
attractive terms and conditions, based on requirements
such as being better or cheaper or able to deliver more
quickly.
- An agreement is then drawn up by AEM B.V. between the
customer and the contractor (the CHP system
supplier).
- The entire project will then be supervised by us, in
consultation.
